Current complex care experience
Community nursing background
Confident tracheostomy skills
The ability to provide strong clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care staff
Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing individualised care plans
A collaborative, positive approach and a commitment to supporting your colleagues
A full driving licence and access to your own car
